Yes. Content development, thematic alignment, and contextual adaptation are part of the process – not the exception. I work contextually, not off the shelf.
The key is that your topic aligns with my core areas: corporate communication, marketing communication, sales, leadership – with particular experience in crises and change processes (e.g. transformation, restructuring, post-merger integration).

That depends on the format. Impulses and keynotes can be impactful for large groups (e.g. leadership conferences).
Workshops and trainings tend to be most effective with 8–15 participants. From about seven people upward, group dynamics play a growing role. Executive sessions with fewer participants are also possible.

Yes. Many of my sessions involve international audiences or culturally diverse teams – either in English or in bilingual formats (German/English). I make sure to adjust tone, clarity, and communication dynamics to fit context and participants.
